: (1) Those who are not satisfied with the refusal to register a cooperative society in accordance with section 16 or the cancellation of the registration of a cooperative society in accordance with section 88, within thirty-five days from the date of receiving the information of that decision, before the registrar on the decision of the authorized officer from the registrar and on the decision made by the registrar. Can appeal to the Secretary of the Ministry.
(2) A person who is not satisfied with the fine as per section 125, clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (1) of section 128 and (c), (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of the same section shall appeal such decision. Within thirty-five days from the date of receiving the information, an appeal can be made as follows:-
(a) in the District Court concerned on a decision made by an officer authorized by the Registrar,
(b) In the relevant High Court on the decision made by the Registrar and Nepal Rastra Bank.
